TG Lab, the global omnichannel platform provider, has announced its acquisition of SysGaming, a Brazil-based gambling software provider. This strategic move underscores TG Lab’s commitment to expanding its footprint across Latin America, where it already operates in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, and Peru.
The acquisition positions TG Lab to further deliver bespoke, localized solutions for its LatAm partners in Spanish and Portuguese. Known for catering to leading global operators such as Stake, Betsson, and Belgium’s Loterie Nationale, TG Lab provides a comprehensive omnichannel platform featuring modular solutions for sportsbooks and casinos, designed to optimize operations across diverse markets.
By integrating SysGaming’s capabilities, TG Lab enhances its localized game development and platform expertise tailored to the LatAm market. Partners will gain access to a robust portfolio of native content across sports betting and iGaming verticals, specialized for regional preferences.
SysGaming, with a strong presence in Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina, powers prominent local operators including Paraguay’s state monopoly Aposta.la and Argentina’s Playcet. Both brands are expected to transition onto TG Lab’s platform, benefiting from the company’s advanced technological infrastructure.
The acquisition also brings SysGaming’s team of nearly 30 development experts into TG Lab, bolstering its capacity for quality platform development. Based in Foz do Iguaçu in Brazil’s Paraná state, SysGaming’s expertise will integrate seamlessly into TG Lab’s operations.
The integration process, already underway, will incorporate SysGaming’s innovative slots and crash games studio into TG Lab’s proprietary platform. This acquisition enables TG Lab to bring game design in-house, allowing for the development of personalized and localized games to meet the unique demands of its partners in Latin America.
This latest acquisition highlights TG Lab’s strategic focus on growth and innovation, ensuring its partners remain competitive in one of the world’s fastest-growing gaming markets.
Commenting on the acquisition, TG Lab Chief Executive Officer Ugnius Simelionis said: “We see this move as the start of establishing our LatAm leadership credentials. We’re already partnered with some of the market’s biggest brands, and we’re delighted to welcome SysGaming team into the TG Lab group.
“SysGaming had established a strong reputation in Latin America for exceptional quality development, its localised games and impressive aggregator – all factors which made them a ‘perfect fit’ for the TG Lab ecosystem. Their innovative approach to game design and platform development is one to be admired and has undoubtedly allowed them to build a solid presence in the region.
“We are very much looking forward to leveraging each other’s strengths. With their knowledge and expertise, we can now offer LatAm operators the best localised service on the market. As we continue to grow together over the next 12 months, we have big plans to grow our team in LatAm and solidify our position as an industry leader.”
